Company Policy
According to the Story of Style (hereon referred to as “the company”) group travel service policy, users must be at least eighteen years old to use the service. Girls between the ages of 15 and 18 are allowed to travel with an adult guardian. All reservations must be made via the company's website or other approved methods. A deposit may be needed to hold the reservation, and the remaining payment must be paid in full at least ninety days prior to the departure date.
Travelers are responsible for knowing the criteria for a passport and visa, and they must make sure they have all required travel and medical documentation before leaving. It is also the responsibility of the traveler to purchase travel insurance and to be aware of and abide by any health requirements and recommendations. If the traveler doesn't follow these guidelines, the company won't be held liable for any losses or damages. The organization retains the right to make adjustments or cancel reservations, and any additional expenses resulting from inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be decided upon jointly. The company staff has the discretion to make decisions and may withdraw a participant from the trip if their behavior is likely to cause danger, upset, or distress, or if they break any laws. The company is not liable for any assistance or compensation in the event of a delay or cancellation at the departure point, and any such issues should be pursued with the airline or transport operator. In the event of any damage or loss caused by the participant, the participant should take responsibility for the costs and indemnify the company for any loss or expense incurred as a result of their actions. Any complaints should be reported to the company at the earliest opportunity during the trip and in the event not solved during the trip, should be reported to the company in writing within 14 days of completion of the trip.
Refund Policy
**Refund on down payment - Minus transaction fee if at least eight travelers have booked the trip before it is confirmed.
Once a trip is confirmed, there is no refund for the first deposit, which is 25% of the entire trip cost.
If the trip is cancelled more than sixty days in advance, 50% of the total cost will be refunded, less the transaction fee.
If the trip starts fewer than 60 days out, there will be no refund.
The party leader must notify us as soon as possible by email or text if you need to cancel your reservations. Your cancellation notice won't take effect until we receive it in writing.
